Aaron Rian is one of the most well known and successful real estate agents in Oregon and Washington. Specializing in the Portland and SW Washington Luxury Housing Market. Aaron’s clientele consist mostly of athletes, corporate executives and high net worth individuals from around the world.

Aaron was born and raised in the Portland area, where he continues to live to this day. His extensive firsthand knowledge of the area gives him a powerful perspective on its most advantageous real estate opportunities, which brings immense value to his clients.

That in turn has brought Aaron top-level recognition of the excellence of his work. In his five-plus years as a real estate agent, he has been a Top One Percent Portland Metro Realtor and a Multi-Million Dollar Sales Producer. Paul brings to the Rian Group over 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry  (over 17 years as a Principal Broker or Branch Manager),  for some of the area’s largest companies.  Paul has also served the local Real Estate industry as a member of the Board of Directors of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the Oregon Real Estate Association,  and was a vice president of PMAR.

Paul was raised in Portland, and has lived in the Metro Area all his life, giving him a thorough knowledge of the area.  In his leisure time, Paul enjoys gardening and fishing.

Prior to entering the Real Estate industry, Paul managed grocery stores for some of the largest retailers in the state before buying and operating his own store for ten years.

Paul is dedicated to helping The Rian Group grow and continue to be operated in the most professional manner.

Being born in Portland and growing up in Vancouver, Mike is a NW Sports enthusiast. He is a Blazers, Seahawks, Mariners and Ducks honk! Mike loves to stay active by weight training, running, and hiking. He believes that it’s a great way to challenge yourself both physically and mentally; obtaining self discipline, motivation and confidence in the process.

Bryan is the Rian Group’s Lead Buyers Broker Specialist. Bryan is a property pricing expert. Bryan specializes in helping his clients find the property of their dreams regardless of price range or area.

Bryan has a strong background in operational management in the Financial Services industry and has held sales and marketing positions in the financial services and technical industries prior to entering the real estate business.

As a Lead buyers agent with The Rian Group, Bryan has one of the most aggressive property search systems giving his clients access to properties instantly as they hit the marketplace. Bryan is also an expert negotiator and specializes at getting his clients the best price regardless of the area.

Andy is An avid traveler, and loves to experience new cultures. Being raised in the Pacific Northwest has had a profound impact on his love for the outdoors. Kim brings 10 years of office work and then six years of real estate experience to the team. She has worked as a transaction coordinator both in listings and selling, calmly but diligently, helping clients through the often complex process of a sale or purchase.  As the market changed Kim changed with it.  She learned how to work with bank-owned properties and has spent extensive time working with Short sales and other more technical transactions. She acquired her Oregon Real Estate license in May of 2010. This has allowed Kim to move from just the documentation side to actual onsite property involvement. She has scheduled and worked with many vendors assigned to inspect, appraise or make repairs to customer properties.  Kim’s love for organization and detail combined with her passion for customer service, offer customers a great resource in their real estate experience.

Kim has lived in Oregon most of her life. She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, bike riding, walking and DYI home improvement.
